Information you provide

DivCashflow stores your name, email address, securely hashed password, portfolio holdings, preferences and subscription status to provide your account. Passwords are not stored in readable form. Session cookies keep you signed in.

Service providers

The website and database use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Resend delivers verification and password reset emails. PayPal processes website subscriptions; Apple processes in-app purchases when available. Payment providers handle card details directly. Services may process information outside Australia.

Access and use

Your portfolio is not publicly shared. Authorized administrators can manage account access and subscription status. Authentication logs and administrative audit records help protect accounts. We do not sell personal information or use portfolio details for advertising.

Your choices

You can change your portfolio and preferences, reset your password, request an export or request account deletion. Use the account controls or email support. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a payment-provider subscription; cancel it first through the provider or ask support for help. Records needed for tax, payment disputes and security may be retained as required.
